Is there a way to get the amplitude (depth?) greater on 101’s LFO CV out so it’s effect would be more like sweeping than just a subtle modulation.

yes a 251 to junction the signal and then send the sum back.
when i want my 101 to respond more to env i patch the env out back in to cutoff, and or amount
