Is there a way to use the classic MOOG 1150 Ribbon Controller with a L.A.M.M. Memorymoog ? Or does it only work with modulars ?
Or does it require an optional modification ?
The 955/956 Ribbon Controller is designed for the modulars, not the 1150.
The 1150 Ribbon Controller is designed to work with the Minimoog, Sonix 6, Micromoog, Multimoog, and Polymoog. It requires the six pin Cinch-Jones “Accessory” jack on these Moogs for power to the 1150.
Since the Memorymoog does not have the Accessory jack, the 1150 needs a separate power supply box to supply juice to the Cinch-Jones plug and then you could use the CV and trigger signals with the Memorymoog.
