Hello,
I have a problem with my Matriarch, the VCO1 is always out of tune when I use the F#1 key. The other VCO’s have no problem. Here is a link of a video showing the situation
Any comments on how to fix this ?
thanks

Strange that it’s only the F#. Can you test it again using midi to help narrow down the problem?
All right, I have checked every key via Matriarch keyboard and midi note messages from computer and also the Matriarch arpeggiator.
The bug is only on the F#1 key. It is about the VCO1 behaviour. I could not think myself an explanation engnineering wise.
So I would appreciate a comment from the Moog staff if they are present here.
thank you
Unless things have changed dramatically in my absence …very rare to see them here in the User Forum
You’ll fare much better if you go to the official Website where you registered your instrument(s) then look at the links to telephone MOOG or send an eMail to the correct contacts - ie support not sales
support is superb ~ but not the purpose of the usr group… and whatever is wrong with your Matriarch at the moment — it sounds like it needs some serious attention from the people that built it
Good luck!
thanks for your attention !
I have the same problem except it’s Osc4 on B-flat. I updated the firmware a few days ago, but since I’ve only had this for a week or so it’s hard to say whether it was a problem before the update. I certainly didn’t notice any issue, but now it’s all I hear - turns out B-flat is a favorite note of mine.
Thanks to Moog Support for a fast reply and the procedure to resync the oscillators. Had to do it a few times (with the wonky key moving each time!) but finally it’s all good.
I am still waiting for a reply from Moog support. will report when something happens…
Today, I have made another attempt with the hope to receive a response from Moog.
will report when something arrives..
FWIW, I had that problem with a Sub37TE a few years back. I ended up swapping it for another. The second had an issue too so I’m on my third.
well, that sound terrible…
hi, just reading this thread - I have the same issue with OSC4, but with the Ab key.
Did you get a fix procedure? .. and could you plz share?
It is interesting that if I transpose the keyboard, the problem ‘moves’ up (or down) the keybed depending on the transpose direction.
