Hi there—

Matriarch firmware update via Windows 10 hangs at the third step, when the firmware is loading and the progress light is blinking orange.

I see similar posts but no solution. Need help please

Same problem here

When the Arp led blinks orange, it means the invalidate and erase files were processed correctly, and it is receiving data. That’s good.
Standard things to try now:

  • Try again (restart from invalidate file)
  • try a different USB cable and different USB port on the computer
  • check the downloaded and unpacked files (or download again)
  • try with different software, and/or a different computer if available
  • try with DIN MIDI instead of USB (takes a bit longer)
