New Matriarch owner here and was doing some Eurorack patching today. I was attempting to use the KB Gate Out to trigger a Mutable Rings and no joy. To make a long story short, the problem is the Matriarch CV gate out (both KB gate and ARP clock out) is 1.0 - 5.9 VDC, not 0-5. The eurorack modules are far more sensitive than the Moog LFO sync in or envelope trigger in.
Has anyone else run across this? I can exchange this with Sweetwater, but I don’t want go thru that if I will get another one with similar problems. The workaround is just to use one of the attenuverters to reduce the gate voltage a bit (which drops the “off” voltage).
