Mac don't see my Sub-37 a lot of times

Every 10 times I power on the Sub-37, my mac seams not to see the sub-37. Somtimes Show a “USB Device” as a generic usb midi device.
I have on the same hub one Moog LPII, Blofeld, PC3Le, BCR2000 all of them recognized without problem.
Is the Sub-37.
Anyone else have the same problem?
Some tip for that?

not here. Mavericks. Works every time; there may be a short delay sometimes before it appears. I dont use a hub tho’.

Do you have the same problem if you connect the Sub 37 directly to the computer without the USB hub?

Usually, it is recommended to avoid usb hubs to connect the Sub37.

Connecting my Sub37directly to my Mac, it works all the time.

No problems with macbook and imac (both Yosemite) but i’m not using a hub.

Is it a powered USB hub? (sometimes that makes a difference)

I know this is an old thread, but I use my sub 37 with an iMac and when I was using a powered hub I also had intermittent issues with the sub 37 not being recognised at all or being seen as a “usb device”. I had to switch the sub 37 off and on again, sometimes more than once, to get it to be picked up properly by the iMac.

I’ve hooked the sub 37 directly to the usb on the iMac and so far no issues.
