i try but i can’t synchronize my Lp with cubase 5.

I use Cubase 4 but it’s propably the same.
In Cubase:
Under Transport → Project Syncronisation Setup → MIDI Clock Out → MIDI Clock Destinations …
Have you checked the box for your MIDI interface?
