Loose octave knob

Hello everyone, nice to meet you all - new user here!

Yesterday when I started to noodle on my Moog One I noticed, that the octave knob in osc 2 section was wobbly/loose. So the question is, can you just pull those knobs off and tighten it somehow? I also mailed Moog service, but thought that maybe someone here knows. :slight_smile:

Not an easy task, but they’ll pop off.

My 3rd octave was loose as well. Take two old hotel cards to help pry evenly from both sides.

It’s a 12mm nut underneath.
