Loading Presets into iOS Model-D

Apologies if this has been explained before - I did a search of the forum but could not find the answer.

There is a new set of 48 presets that are available FREE for the iOS Model-D

I was notified by a SonicState tweet :-

Simple question - once I have downloaded the preset bank how do I load it i, preferably without over-writing existing banks
