Hi, this is my first post here. I have been trying to update my LP Stage II firmware. I was following the step by step guide but my mac and the LP did not seem to be communicating. The software was completely idle so I tried to reboot the LP and now when I switch it on it is stuck with the “Please Send Firmware” message. The computer is not recognising it anymore via usb and when I send the data slowly via midi nothing happens at all.
Can anyone suggest any solutions?

Hello,
It sounds like you restarted your LP mid update can cause this to happen.
Try sending the firmware over DIN MIDI.
If that does not work, please contact our support department and they will get you back up and running ASAP!
