Hello, I recently was able to bring my Little Phatty home after a short time of it living with my parents. When I got it home, I plugged it in and went to play it and got hardly any sound from it. I checked the volume and all the connections between it and my amp, but still very little sound. I cranked the amp and discovered that the little sound was actually my Phatty, burried in a sea of static. The amp works fine with everything else, but the Phatty, no matter what it is played through, always sounds the same. The Filter is also very wacky now. Neither the cutoff or the resonance controls affect the sound. The overload makes the sound slightly louder, and the EGR Amnt, when turned completely down and the cutoff around 6 o’clock and the resonance cranked produces a pop followed by the sound the Phatty should be making at just about full volume, but still with static. Also With the Volume Attack turned all the way down, there is a loud bass-y pop.
I have attached a short audio clip of the problem using the Moog Stage Preset.
I have performed a master reboot along with restoring the Factory Presets to no avail.
