Little Phatty Stage 1 mod wheel issue

I am experiencing a new problem with my Stage 1.

For some reason, it seems like my amp envelopes shut off unless I turn up my mod wheel.
I don’t know if the amp env itself is shutting off, but I can say I’m not getting the proper sound of the patch unless my mod wheel is turned all the way up. This problem is universal among all my patches.
I feel like it may be a preference issue from the previous owner, but I haven’t figured out what’s going on or where to change this.
I recently unsuccessfully attempted to upgrade to the 3.21 OS, but reverted back to 3.125. I wonder if this has something to do with it.

Hi Synthatticca,
Try doing a factory restore. This issue could be related to a few different things, so it’s best to start from a clean slate if you can.

WARNING: THIS WILL DELETE ANY SAVE PRESETS, SO BACK THEM UP
