Little Phatty "In your studio" pix

Post pictures of your Little Phatty in you studio - here’s mine to start (see video of the rig being used at: http://www.synfinity.eu or MySpace/YouTube)

This is my room with LP stage II.
It’s not a kind of studio though

I think I’ve already posted this. I’m still trying to figure out how to re-organize my rig…

This picture is almost 2 years old now, so there has been some minor changes, but this is still what we mainly use for our music:

Just yesterday, actually…

Lanxe, What is that table the LP is sitting on?

Joe, I dunno what the table is…but I want one! It would be perfect for my Moogerfoogers. :bulb:

its a laptop desk i got at office depot a few years ago. its great in the studio because you can throw whatever on it and roll it around to a comfortable position. the LP sits on it pretty good.

Cool! Thanks!

I need to find one too…Thanks

Here it is:

I love that new Prophet! I was eyeing one until the big financial meltdown. It was between that and the Voyager. From the time I spent on it, it was hard to get the layout of the land. Its not as easy to make presets as it is on the Moogs. I’d also like to find a Yamaha CS-80. I wish they’d just do a remake of that thing.

Moog LP and Prophet 08 make a really great combination
Programming is quite straightforward to me… the complexity mostly lie in the extended modulation functionalities
Dave Smith said that a synth shouldn’t have too many features so that you’re not overwhelmed (like on some soft synths), but enough so that you have options

Anyway I always use the Moog for bass, and most leads, and it works like a charm with the Prophet’s creamy, lush pads

Here’s mine.

The LP layers well with the XS and offers a nice counterpoint to the P08.

Here’s how the LP fit in my studio:

Model D, Little Phatty AND an SE-1x? That’s a load of ladder filter!

Btw, I love your videos, Zorn. Your sound design is always fantastic.
