I have a Little Phatty Solar CV edition that I can’t get to work properly via CV outs with a Voyager Rack via VX-352. LP Pitch CV Out is connected to VX-352’s OSC Pitch In, yet when I play the LP nothing is triggered on the Voyager Rack. What am I doing wrong?
Try adding a patch cable from the Phatty CV gate out to the VX-352 env input jack. 
Yeah or turn the Voyager’s envelope to external to test if the Osc is responding.
I had the Gate Out hooked up to Env Gate In and the Ext/Keyboard switch was flipped to Ext, but what I didn’t realize is that if one changes programs and the preset was saved with the Ext/Keyboard flipped to Keyboard, then one has to toggle back & forth again to Ext for it to switch to Ext. In short, LP and Voyager are now communicating! Thanks for the tips!
