Hello All,

I’ve been messing with my LP with the Elektron Monomachine and had MIDI i/o connecting both to each other. Pretty quickly the LP would display a small right-pointing solid triangle to the left of the display and basically lock up - playing the keys would produce no sound. I figured this was some sort of MIDI overflow indicator. Changing patches clears it (at least) temporarily.

So, I disconnected the MIDI IN to the LP (so the LP was not receiving any MIDI data) but then it happened again although it took longer this time. USB is not connected.

Is this icon documented anywhere? I couldn’t seem to find it but maybe just overlooked it.

I don’t know how to fix it, but be very careful, MIDI feedback can seriously damage your Phatty.

hi there, this icon means that the LP is reciving midi messages, like subtronik said you got to be very careful with midi feedback

OK - so it just means “it’s receiving” as opposed to “buffer overflow” - thanks.
