Litte Phatty 3.2 cumulative?

Hello – can I go directly from updating from 2 to 3, then to 3.2 or do I need to install 3.1 on the way?

I think I went from 2.x to 3, and then to 3.2 directly.

Makes sense since it clears the flash memory before uploading the new one, I guess the only reason to go to 3 before 3.1 or 3.2 is to update the firmware installer /boot loader on the phatty.
