My LFO Rate doesn’t register any change between .2 and .4 hz… on the memory/actual display the actual value stays at 000. Is there a trim pot that I can adjust inside, or is this something that I would need to send in to get fixed?

There is no trim pot to adjust that. You may have a bad pot, call Moog Music to get it fixed.
