Hi.
I would like to know if anyone else is having problems when trying to send a pulse from the assignable out on the M32 to the sync in on the Korg SQ-1?
I get no trigger. Im wondering if the pulse out from the M32 is too long possibly or maybe it dosent have enough gain? It triggers when I use the gate out from the M32 but doesn’t trigger from the pulse of the assignable out which is quite annoying as I was hoping to have different resolutions.
Also a start/stop would have been nice on the SQ-1 but I guess I could always modify a jack at the start/stop button of the SQ-1?
cheers.
Maybe related, saw Nick over at Sonicstate use an Attenuator from Rolls on the Sync in port of the Minilogue when he was trying to Seq a Arturia Beat Pro. It had to due with the Korg Volca platform.

Nick goes over this stuff starting at 10:00
Not sure if this is the same challange/feature with SQ1 to Mother-32
Cheers for that. Yea its all explained thrre. I have got it working using the snare from my rytm with a really short decay but this isnt ideal. Looks like buying a volca my be the best option at the minute
The Moog cp-251 has two attenuators on it. I’m using cp-251 for various other functions too, but don’t have the SQ1 to test.
The Mother herself has a nice attenuator on her: the VC MIXER can attenuate as well as add voltage. And mix, too!
