Keyboard Stands for a Voyager

I have another question. I’m in the business for a couple of new keyboard stands and need some advice, since I don’t have the Voyager yet.

I’m gonna use the Voyager in a set along with 3 other keyboards. I have them arranged in a L - shape with 2 synths on top of each other on every side. I’m playing in a sitting position (I’m just telling you this so you can imagine my needs a bit better).

Now, the Voyager will be the top keyboard on one side, with a 01W/pro below it. This is some serious stuff, weight-wise, with each of these two weighing in at approx. 20 kg each :astonished:

Playing in a sitting position, using middle-column-style stands isn’t a good idea since I don’t have enough legroom
So I’m basically stuck with table or X - style stands. What I’m currently looking at is the K&M 18880 table along with the the 18881 STACKER A extension, which would need to hold the Voyager.

Is there anyone who owns, uses or knows of these K&M products and can tell me wheter they’re suitable for what I need, i.e. if they’d be large and rugged enough to hold these two big babies?

Thank you and happy mooging,
Dom

OK, let me rephrase my question, then.
What kind of keyboard stands do you guys use for the Mini?

Make / model / pics appreciated :sunglasses:

Don’t forget to consider Z-style stands, like the QuikLok Z-726.

The best keyboard stand is another keyboard. My Fender Rhodes makes a nice stand for my Voyager.

I use a Bespeco, excellent stand and made in Italy but not many places in the US stock them.

I’ve just bought one of these:

I put my Rhodes Chroma on the bench, and the Voyager on the Tier. You can buy the extras e.g. mic boom, music stand, one additional tier.

Pretty solid; the bench can take 80kg, the first tier 40kg.
