Keyboard for Minimoog

Hi,

Does anyone know where I could get a replacement keyboard for a minimoog? If it had pitch and mod wheel even better.

I’m doing up an old minimoog for a friend and there was a lot of damage to the base - keys and wheels were hit very hard with something. The boards that tilt seem to be fine.

Grem.

close, you’d need the add the resistor chain and connectors etc etc..

Good luck!

… and buss-bars… :frowning:

Cheers,

There has been some hack on the keybed, maybe by P/R so it fit the organ mfr.'s spec, but It looks like it has three full length buss bars, which is what the Mini needs, right?

Still a bunch of work though..

Don’t bother with that ebay keyboard. The circuit board is likely not compatible with the Minimoog - deal killer. The one in that auction was likely scavenged from a home organ.

If it’s only the keys themselves that are damaged (it would be surprising that the heavy metal frame itself is warped or bent to the point of damaging contact board underneath it), that eBay keybed could very well do for replacing them.

Thanks for the tips
