Im about to get the voyager RME. Will any midi keyboard work with it? Ive already got an edirol PCR 500. Will that work?
As long as it follows the standard MIDI specification, it will work.

Just to give a bit more detail… short answer as Klopfgeist said is “yes”.
Longer answer is that aside from general out-of-the-box keyboard note on / note off, and things like touch sensitivity and possibly aftertouch (if your Edirol supports it) and pitch bend/mod wheel, you can also exploit the you can configure your kbd to set specific controllers and bind sliders or rotary knobs to specific Midi CC#'s to tweak some of the Voyager settings.
Granted, the RME has ALL controls up front, just as the Voyager does and leveraging actual analog pots with high resolution is preferred over using Midi, so it’s a good idea to have your RME right in front of you (ie. keyboard level, within reach) … BUT … you can use the Edirol controls for other tweaking which is perhaps hidden within menus within the Voyager OS.
Hope this additional explanation helps somewhat.
