Sorry for my poor English, I’m no native speaker. I noticed a somewhat strange problem with my Sub 37: The key for the lowest d note – it should be D2 – behaves abnormaly. While pressing the key, the sound sometimes behaves like the key was released, fading out or stopping instantly, just like the sound would do if the key was released – but it is not. While playing an arp sound, the arppeggio stops in this case. It could have something to do with aftertouch, because it most often happens while playing heavy on aftertouch.
Is this a software problem? Or is this a problem with the keybed/key contacts?
