I bought this Voyager used 1 month ago and it worked fine. I had a storm come through but my Moog was shut off not unplugged. But I have surge protection coming into my house,power strips and power conditioners. I thought I was safe.
When I turned on the Voyager and hit the panel screen I get no Presets names, Just random(most VCA or VCF) parameters flashing spuraticlely. But I have absolutely no sound. I messed with every knob,reset everything to default,turned the keyboard off. Nothing worked for 2 days.
Then Today I tried turning it on while pushing the pitch wheel up,once with the Mod wheel up,once with the glide on and once with the glide off. I dont remember which one it was(I am thinking the pitch wheel) but now all of a sudden it works again.
What the heck could this have been? And is it going to happen again?
