Jerky amp envelopes

Hi!

After a few months and all the latest updates i still have no solution for this issue.

The Amp envelope knobs of the sub 37 editor is unusable. They flutter around and behave strange. Controlling each other etc. First i was a bit alarmed it was my hardware (it looks a bit similar to what my filter pot issue with the cutoff that i had, Got to send it for replacement twice) but then i tried linking and automating the same knobs by manually conficuting CC or NRPN with my own “dashboard” or primitive editor (using the MIDI out plugin in FL studio) and that works perfectly,. so this definitely is something with the Editor i figure.

I attached a mp4 video of the problem but wasnt allowed in this forum: But in that video i twist the physical envelope knobs on the synth. I start with Release and do a smooth movement from left to right and back again,. then i move on to the Sustain and do the same and on to decay, attack and back again. When doing so the release knob jumps around,. And when moving the other knobs the release knob follows them. (not every time but most of the times)

Salvator at Moog suggested these solutions wich did nothing:

  1. in Mapping, restore default mapping

  2. in Setup, change CC to NRPN message.

  3. in setup restore default settings.

  4. Please try to delete the preferences located here :

WINDOWS is C:\Users\Administrateur\AppData\Roaming\Moog Music Inc\Sub37\Sub37 Editor Standalone.prefs
WINDOWS is C:\Users\Administrateur\AppData\Roaming\Moog Music Inc\Sub37\Sub37 Editor.prefs

The problem is the same when i use 32 or 64 bit as well as standalone.

i use windows laptop with win 7 64 bit. 4 gig ram and Intel i5 M520 @2,4 GHz. (and FL studio but that is probably irrelevant since standalone acts the same)

Hi,

Can you send this video to my email ? use: gil@moogmusic.com

Thanks.
