I notice that there are two new DVDs being offered having to do with the Pro. The first is the two videos that have been out for a time, “mastering the theremin” and “Clara Rockmore.” The second is a new tutorial for the Pro.
Can the Pro itself be far behind?
Still no sign of my Pro.
It was supposed to ship in March, remember? Then summer. Then the end of summer. When I ordered it was supposed to be shipped around the end of October. At the end of October I called and they said it would probably ship around the end of November. Now I’m told maybe the end of December.
My only question at this point: December of what year?
I’m begining to suspect they never ship 
They are shipping–s..l…o…w…l…y.
And they seem to be filling store orders first.
I cancelled my order with Moog and bought one through eBay. I had it within a week! Beautiful.
The brief manual has lots of errors and it seems like they rushed it out.
I also purchased a “molded case.” You would think that they designed it for the theremin, but that is not the, uh, case. It’s simply the one made for the Voyager. You put in the foam that came with the pro shipping box. Unfortunately, that means that the case is about 25%-35% bigger than it needs to be. What a waste!

My order is actually through a vendor, and it’s not any faster.
Love the instruments, love RM, but the customer realtions dept could learn a lot from the quality work of the rest of the company.
