Intermittent power up on Prodigy

Here is a odd one, sometimes when I power up my Prodigy nothing happens. But other times it powers up fine. When the power issue does happen, I checked the power supply voltages, both read fine but the red led doesn’t come on. Re-soldered some connectors, but same intermittent issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Broken wire on one of the connectors maybe ? Or cracked solder joint, or cold joint somewhere ?

When it doesn’t power-up, follow the power traces (measuring voltages along the way) until you find where the contact is broken (probably a bad ground). The only sensible thing to do.
