Interfenrece / White noise

Hey guys

it sounds like when i open a new external instrument for the miniatur in ableton and logic, automatically a white noise / interfenrece apear and its pretty annoying, when i connect the headphones on the back of the synth its absolutely perfect, im using a interface M-AUDIO Mobile Pre,
anny recommendations?

I was exactly facing the same problem & my technician told me that it’s some sort of circuit shortage in front port… So he repairs them, now its working fine…
