I want to see a remake of the Memorymoog Plus… its gotta go down to show all these other companies what a real freaking analog instrument is supposed to sound like…LOL

you they could make Little Phatty Voice Expansion Racks… single space… MIDI driven… new OS on teh LP with a Patch send and receive engine so it can match up with the master LP.
probably can do the same with the Voyager and do Voice enpansion racks too.
Id also love to see 2 more interfacing modules.. CP252 and a 353, with more modular like modules to take patches even further.

I just got the humor mean of your posting. It took a while, because I am not a native english speaker.
The german equivalent of “developing” (“entwickeln”) is also used for R&D and film negative and print manufacturing.

IMO, that is a question that could ever be answered, since his path that led him to his passing is also the path that created all of these great inventions.
The real question is what did “Bob Moog” create in the other dimensions of existence?
I, too would have hoped for a modern Memorymoog Plus, or a full-size modular.
Do you think that Moog Music is taking the show elsewhere? Do you think Moog himself would make a guitar?
I am re-reading “Analog Days” by Pinch and Trocco.
It brings the people, and the ideas of the time that gave us these wonderful instruments.
In its’ own way, a wonderful ‘Tribute’ indeed.

I have read “Analog Days” by Pinch & Trocco and I have used it extensively for my MA. I highly recommend it to everyone interested in Moog.
However, it has to be noted that the Minimoog was not solely a Moog product. Of rourse a great deal goes to Bob himself but many other people were involved and it is not clear who did what and when.
I think he said that Vladmir Usechevski (spelling) was responsible for the idea of ADSR.
