I finally understand MIDI MuRF -- I think!

I’ve had a Murf (that I won in a prize drawing) that I have been struggling to apply to my Etherwave plus is some useful way. I think I finally get it now. It can actually do some cool things and even give the mono signal some stereo spread.

Here’s a little test recording I came up with this week:

I ran the signal of the Etherwave through the Murf, then manipulated the Murf knobs as I was playing. I was pretty happy with the way it came out!

nice!

This sounds great! Really musical use of all the instruments involved, and I love the way it fits with the film. If you don’t mind my asking, how did you get the footage? Did you have to pay for it or did you download it for free from somewhere?

It’s in the comments on the video:

A great resource, well worth wandering through.
