Humudifier affects my LP?

The temperature in Sweden is pretty low this time of the year. Central heating makes the indoor air very dry, and my guitars (and myself) needs a humudifier to adjust the air in my apartment.

But how does that affect my LP?

Anyone who knows something about that?

Same here. I’m in Norway. Worst winter ever.
Since I’m on the coast it stays pretty humid. But it has been as low as 45% (relative humidity) in my studio the last few months. I don’t think a little humidifier will do much harm. My Phatty was actually more stable last autumn when we had about 70% here…

All I can say is that the so called ultra stable oscillators in the Little Phatty probably didn’t make it into my Tribute… If I open the door for a few seconds (yes seconds!) the oscillators go out of tune. I’m also having major problems keeping the synth calibrated. I calibrated the whole instrument two weeks ago and now it’s all over the place again. Think I’ll just sell it and get a good old Prodigy instead. I like to be able to calibrate with a screwdriver and not some digital algorith. Sorry about the outburst… :unamused:
