I recently picked up a second hand MF-101 and rack to go with my MF-102. No instructions were included and I can’t seem to locate them online. I do have a bag of locking nuts.
How do I install my moogerfoogers on the rack?
I gather I remove the bottom screws, take off the rubber feet, and attach them through the drilled holes. Though I’m not sure what the included nuts are for.
Also, from the pics it looks like only the middle moogerfooger has it’s wood cheeks removed. Is my assumption correct?
The locking nuts are for use with a CP-251 or VX-35x. When those are racked the outside wood pieces have to be removed. The screws that come with the rack are really just to fill the holes.
Yes, the wood sides are removed from the center Fooger.
Yep, as mentioned before me, the wooden sides come off of the middle Fooger.
The screws that attach to the wooden panels to the front/top aren’t used, they are replaced by a new set of screws with matching locknuts that simply fill the holes on the front.
Just like you thought, the feet come off and the bottom/back screws mount through the rack and into the Foogers.
