Ho to replace keys on a Rogue?

Hi. I have new keys to replace a missing and broken key on my beloved Rogue, but I can’t find any guidance on how exactly they go out and in again. as anyone done this?

I don’t want to poke around not knowing how delicate it is, but it looks like a little band that fits around the rubberized hook on the bottom of the key.

I have a Rogue also. Bought it in the early 80’s. I never had to replace a key, but now I know what it looks like. Thanks
