The last couple of times I have had to transport my T3, I had to carry it without any case and plop it somewhere in my car - the road case is just too big, if I use it then the amount of other gear I can carry in my car (2006 Honda Civic) is greatly diminished. I could definitely see myself buying a case like this and although it might not be “effortless” I can see it being way easier and much more protected.
Yes, it might be easier transporting the T3 in the bag even if you have to carry it underneath rather than with the handle/straps.
