Yeah I found those old reels in the attic. Thats my Poly of corse, and that was my impulsive keyboard tech. 
Herbie Is one of my all time favorites. I have a mix tape of his in my car thats been there for about 2 years plus. I tell people that im holding Herbie Hancock hostage in my tape deck.

That’s a clip from the PolyMoog promo film, Herbie, I think Chick and Mike Boddicker. along with Dave Luce were in it.
So THAT is what they sell on Moogarchives.com then. THe CD rom with Chick Herbie and Luce.

I got to get my hands on some Herbie DVD’s with the Headhunters. I coudl watch that all day long.

Its from a documentary called “Herbie Hancock: Possibillities”
WHere it appeared prior to that I don’t know.
Possibilities is probably the same South Bank show documentary I would bet… maybe re-edited for the US market..
