Hi
Could anyone please help me on this one? I tried to fix the pitch Bend issue that occurred when you togge between the different PB interval settings. There was considerable pitch offset when you went through the options.
I followed the advice given about how to readjust the trim under the wheels on the left side of the voyager etc., but have not been able to get rid completely of the offset.
I am pretty close, but there is still a semitone offset, but no matter what setting I go for (it now says -1) the offset gets worse either way. Tried for many hours, but no way to get it completely straight.
Same also happens when I use the user defined values. The more PB i dial in, the more offset happens.
I own a performer Voyager SN 13XXX. I wonder if this is fixable in a software update or if this is a hardware issue related to my unit.
I don’t want to ship the Voyager anywhere so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Martin
Anybody have an answer to this? please… heeelp!

Your best bet is to contact Moog for assistance. It’s possible that you may have a defective Voyager and they should be able to help you if this is the case. If it’s not defective, they should be able to help straighten out your PB problem.
Greg
I have a performer with the same problem.
I have learned it is a design flaw in earlier Voyagers. I don’t know if your serial qualifies as an earlier Voyager though…
Unfortunetely the flaw has to be fixed in hardware. Btw, there are still hardware probs with the amniversery edition as specified in more detail in the latest Sound On Sound review.
I find this very annoying, but I will have it fixed.
I fixed mine with the voltage adjustment and the initialisation found in the copyright menu, as instructed in the 2.1 update PDF.
