HELP!! voyager green screen freeze and drone crash

Hopefully someone can assist here

My 2 day old, well its second hand from ebay, voyager has locked up on a green screen with a crazy drone sound going on
here’s’ what occured: hooked up to an analog delay and cv expander, the voyager locked up and a terrible burnt smokey smell arose from the voyagers outputs; subsequently the voyager upon power reboot is now locked up with the said green frozen screen, no pixels, no letters, just a green screen and a very ANNOYing osc drone :confused:
oh the LFO flashes green really fast as the drone rises up and becomes steady a blip when the drone almost plumets down

A) it is the os locking up the screen
B) The circuits are fried
C) or worse case both A and B

I have tried to load the os with midi and multi push buttons for a reboot to no avail :angry:

Looks like it is heading the tech repair shop but before this happens could somebody suggested a way to kick start the voyager. Can you reset without menu diving; becuase i can’t get to any menus

when smoke came out it’s not possible to fix that by software. I guess you need a service shop.

yep; true a shop fix in in order - but we can still live in hope :blush:
In Melb Australia and I’ve spoken with the nice guys at awave (oz moog gurus) who suggested an os boot first before the tech fix

You can do OS boots as much as you want…but when smoke comes out of your voyager you can bet that some hardware is fried…and this cannot be solved by a simple OS boot… :unamused:
