I’ve downloaded the firmware 1.1 updater for my Sub 37, installed it, and now the lights are permanently on, with the arp blinking. What should I do? I tried reinstalling it but nothing changed.

You should do a Manual_Install. Read the instructions in the Sub_37_v_1_1_0 Zip file, what you just have downloaded.
