Grandmother Midi (DIN) is not working.

Just bought a Grandmother, and it doenst respond to DIN midi in. USB midi in works fine, and al my other Synths (SUB37, Sirin etc) are working perfectly by DIN midi controlled from an Arturia Keystep.

What I’ve done:

  • Updated to the latest FW
  • Gone through all the advanced global settings
  • Read the manual
  • Checked the cables
  • Turned “local off” on and off

Etc, still no luck when I hook it up to my Arturia Keystep, what could be wrong?

Does Someone have midi working by DIN?

My GM works with DIN MIDI. I’ve only problems with a few specified CCs, which don’t seem to be understood by the GM Implementation. Several tries to get an answer from Moog support stay open and open and open…

My unit seems to respond to MIDI only when set to channel 1, both using DIN and USB

I’m having this same problem! Just got a used one and the DIN does not work just the USB. So bummed. Sent a message into support.
