I don’t know if it could be the result of some movement during transportation in a flightcase…(really don’t think so) but the glide/release buttons, pitchwheel & keyboard stopped working 
, I’m starting this thread to get help about finding a solution before opening the voyager. I did a factory reset but the problem persists. help me please.
The cable to the controller section has come loose. You may need to open the back and also remove the wheels section to reseat the connectors.
Don’t you mean the bottom screws to remove the keyboard?
I don’t necessarily know if you have to remove the keyboard, but you might have to unscrew the screws on the LCH and remove the wooden block and pullup and outward to remove the wheel assembly. Its not that hard provided that the connector has actually come loose.
If you do have to remove the screws though…be sure and lay it on something very soft and padded so as not to damage your baby.

I meant the back. On mine, the cable runs from the boards behind the front panel to the wheel panel and then to the keyboard. 2 screws remove the wheels and is the first and easiest place to look. Then go to remove the back and check the cable to the digital board.
