Getting in touch with Moog support

Hi

I have two - relatively simple issues with Moog gear, and I have tried to contact Moog without any luck.

  1. I have a Minitaur, bought in the UK, and I need a replacement EU faceplate for the power supply. I read somewhere on this forum that Moog have helped with this before - even for free if one pays the postage. A standard converter is unusable since the adapter converterplug is unusable in EU multiplugs due to the UK ground plug.

  2. Same Minitaur seems to have a MIDI issue (I have a Werkstatt, so i use the power supply for that one, when using the Minitaur). When using with a standard keyboard controller, everything works. But with a SQ-1 sequencer no notes are played. It receives MIDI, but no sound emerges no matter the settings on both the SQ-1 and Minitaur. I have also tried the reset (push all 4 buttons until they start blinking, and then send MIDI signal). This could also just be an issue with the SQ-1. The two work well together via CV, but it would be nice to have the possibility to use MIDI.

Any ideas on how to get in touch with Moog?
Or should I look elsewhere?

Have you tried speaking with the authorized service center for the UK?
