I did not receive a gift either. Bought two Moogs in 2012 one of them being a Voyager.
Dont know why some customers receive a gift and others not. Strange philosophy if you
ask me. I am also outside of the US but it seems as this is not the main reason for not
getting the super cool knob.
Let`s see maybe some day the postman will ring with a small present from Moog in his
hands.

Nothing here im in Canada, but I did get a sticker back in 2004 if I recall 
Mine came in on September 12th. I have yet to mount it on my Old School but I’ll take pics of it once I do. I’m not sure if I’ll leave it on there.
Looks like one has shown up on Ebay.

Yes, I can’t see Moog posting an odd shaped heavy item internationally. Stickers arrived, not sure about a knob.

Moog posted on instagram that the knobs are now shipping worldwide.

UK postage was £2.25, that must work out at quite an expensive mail drop for Moog (x UK Voyager owners that qualified).
Miles better than a sticker too
Take a bit of string (I used some thin wire) and slide it back behind the knob and pull straight out. It popped right off for me.
