Free - 100 cosmic Voyager sounds

Hi. To celebrate the release of our album, which features loads of Minimoog Voyager, we have created a bank of 100 space age sounds for the Minimoog. Inspired by the pioneering electronic music of the 50’s and 60’s the 100 sounds are heavy on modulation and touch screen control and are perfectly suited for a fantastic journey into inner or outer space.

Get the Minimoog patches and our debut album ‘Reverse Engineering’ http://www.thesimonsound.com.

PS - EMS Synthi VCS3 lovers will also find a set of ring-tones featuring this science fiction sound effects machine!

This is awesome—thank you!

If only the Voyager had space for 100 more sounds, i’d be all over it! Sadly, I do not wanna delete anything.
Please make me change my mind. Can you upload an audio file with some playing of those presets?

Thanks a lot!

You don’t have to loose anything, you can make a backup of your current bank or banks using MidiOx for example.

By the way, I was unable to load this particular bank. I’m using version 2.5, I don’t know if that matters anyway.

Thanks for the patches corkyburger, I really like patch 50… just amazing this one

I transferred the patches to bank A with MidiOx and then back to the Voyager Editor Librarian to make an easy backup. Then restored bank A to the original.

Cheers

Hi, glad some of you are enjoying them. They were created in v3.4 so you might need to upgrade from 2.5!

I am planning on making a video which will show off a selection of the sounds to give people an idea of what they can expect. Until I do that I suggest you take a leap into the unknown - I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

Thanks
Simon

THats a very nice gesture to do that.

If you have a yahoo email, you can always join the Knob Tweak yahoo users group and upload the bank there as well.

Eric

Thank you !

Haha, the leap into the unknown was fun indeed… not sure what I will do with them but I sure had some fun knob tweaking

Thanks a lot for all those patches.Very inspiring. :exclamation:

Great work dude!! Love the album, good to hear some proper music for a change. Congrats on a fine body of work.

Treat yourself to a (free) gift on Bob’s birthday. I think he’d approve of the spaced out sounds contained in this bank of presets!
