Firmware update on Sub 25 has erased presets,sound on my Sub 25

Hi Moog or any forum user…,URGENT HELP NEEDED PLEASE

I have just reg my new Sub 25 with Moog.

I attempted to do the firmware update via Bome Send SX, but there was no file to select in the drop down box in the BomeSend Sx

I panicked

The Sub 25 was still blinking and awaiting the firmware file to be sent

I pressed ‘clear log’ in the Bome Send

I then turned the Sub 25 off

I then turned it on
When I switched on the Sub 25 all I have now is a blinking LFO light,no sound, no access to any presets

Please could you advise me if I have I fried this synth?

Issue resolved, I finally found the firmware file and installed it.

I’ve just sent you a message about this, but I thought it was worth sharing.
Have you perfromed any particular manipulation to send again the firmware sysex to the Moog? Slow download rate, maybe ? Anything else relevant? Thanks in advance.
