during updating the firmware of sub37 (during step2) I have received this message:

I have tried few times, however no change.

The problem is solved. After uploading of each part I have restarted the program. The firmware update is ready!

After firmware update I have recognized few problems:
- After 5-10 minutes after switching on and playing some bottom note/key is switching on permanently.
- The arpeggiator can not hold more keys. When I am releasing the keys it holds only the upper note. In the previous version of FW it was possible to hold complete chords in arpeggiator mode.
Till now it is everything I recognized, hopefull there are no more problems. Did you have the same issue with your Sub37?

so try the Elektron_C6 and maybe your problem is gone
And you can try this..
“There is something like a hard-reset for firmware update, which does the same thing as the Step 1 sysex… you turn the Fine Tune and Filter Cutoff knobs both to zero, and then hold the Pitch Bend wheel up (in its maximum bend-up position) while turning on the power. If you do this, then instead of booting normally the unit will boot up to the bootloader, erasing the main firmware if it was present, and will then be ready to accept the main firmware. (this means you can skip sending step 1 if you boot up in this special way)”

I have tried the Elektron C6. Uploading of the FW was much more faster and it seems that it works.
