Hi,
Hope this helps others. My firmware update for the Subharmonicon was stuck in the third phase. I.e the left-right blinking lights never stopped. I am using a Mac with Sysex Librarian and Native Audio 6 MK2
Here is what helped.
Reduce transmission speed to 50% AND reduce Transmit Buffer size to 64.
