Where should this be in order for the Phatty to sound like the standard semitones of traditional instruments?
Usually at 12 o’clock, but you should tune it to another instrument to make sure that you are in tune with everything else.

I don’t think that you can use the fine tune knob to tune it to a semitone because I don’t think that it is going to change the distance between wholesteps and halfsteps, it seems like it will just be either flat or sharp.
In order to get actual semitones I had to use the pitch CV out (Voyager) to an attenuator and then run that to the Pitch input. From there it was like I was in a Chitrali Baazar buying Pakols.
