ack, i hope someone can help me with this, i have a ton of gigs this week (well, really, right through november), and something has gone awry!
i am using a voyager select series, i have the vx-351 jumper installed, but in this scenario i am not using the vx-351.
what seems to be happening is that the “amount to filter” control on the filter envelope is intermittent. it will unpredictably turn itself completely off. this is a huge problem as pretty much all of my patches have require some filter shaping, and it will suddenly just conk down to the cutoff point with no shaping. it’s almost like reaaaaally slow and completely random modulation that is turning the amount to filter on and off. ack!
is this a common problem? does anyone have a solution? please?
my backup workaround is that i’ll hook up the vx-351 and send the volume envelope to the filter as well. i imagine this will work, but i’d rather not be reduced to one env. if possible.
