Filter A Pole 4 no longer working

Hi.

I have written to andy@moogmusic.com a few weeks ago, but have yet to hear anything.
So now i hope that i might get some info regarding my problem:

Back in January i recalled seeing a Technical Support Bulletin.
I checked my Voyager select series (serial: SS1312) for any of the mentioned flaws and was quite relived when it didn´t exhibit any of these.
A little while back I suddenly noticed that when i plugged my headphones into headphone socket, i only head sound in the left side, and the right just had a click/noise sound, that was trigged whenever i hit a key.
Roaming about in the menus and the likes for an answer i stumbled upon the culprit.
Whenever both filter are in 4 pole mode, the voyager only plays sound in the left side.
When i shift the right filter to anything but 4 pole (3-2-1) sound is audible in both sides.

Any chance that this could be fixed easily, and perhaps locally, since shipping a voyager across the atlantic is pretty pricey, especially since its probably just a singe IC or the likes that have been worn out.
