Anyway, I put the deposit down the day I read about it, which was Thanksgiving day last year, so it looks like Moog nailed the projected ship date.

I should have wrote that I replied to Moog’s e-mail from TaurusIII. I don’t know about “officer” but TAURUS III <taurus3@moogmusic.com> is who mailed us about the T3 and case price.
Just faxed them my info & ordered the case, but I have to say, 500 clams for a road case is pretty darned steep - it better be one monster of a case for that price! Guess I’ll have to wait a month or two before I order my MP-201 to go along with the T-3s & let the bank account recover a bit first. No complaints though - I’m all fired up to actually hear them, and very interested in what the “immortalization” aspect will consist of…
Yeah, agree all around there. In another life I did a lot of pro sound and roadie work and I can’t imagine how this case is gonna have enough shock absorbing qualities about it, especially considering how the Taurus is going to sit in the base while in use. It’s a puzzler. I’d like to see pics…
