Factory Sounds

I modified a lot of the factory patches on my Select, and inadvertently wiped my library backup on the Mac.

If I do a “Factory Sounds” reset, do I get all the Select banks back, or just the Performer Edition patches like it says in the manual?

If I’m boned here, does anyone have all the factory Select patches as a library file they could email me? TIA.

For such an awesome analog machine, the digital part of the Voyager leaves a lot to be desired! Cryptic, old-fashioned, squinty, fiddly and non-intuitive. It’s a complete pain just to save a patch. They librarian is slightly better. Damn, can’t Moog steal ONE low-level code writer from Apple? LOL

Hi Mos Fet,

If you do a “Factory Sounds” reset on your Voyager you won’t get the Select Series patches back.

Although Moog has them posted on their web site, all seven Voyager factory banks are conveniently posted on KnobTweak. Look in Files > Voyager > Voyager Patches - Factory.

In that same folder you’ll find a complete table of the factory patches organized by bank and also listed alphabetically (if you know the patch name, you can find the bank and location of a given patch). These are both PDF’s.

Hope this helps.
